●Usage guide

Eligibility	You must be 15 years old or above, and is a registered user of "Fureai Netto/Kawasaki Public Facility Reservation System".
Application method	Use Fureai Netto/Kawasaki Public Facility Reservation System to apply. (For first time users of Fureai Netto, »see here.)
Application period	Apply for a draw from the 17th day to the 23rd day of the month which is four months before the month of use of the facility. If there is a vacant room after the draw, apply from the 29th day of the month which is four months before the use, until 3 days before the use of the facility. If a month does not have 29th, apply from the 1st day of the month which is three months before the month of use of the facility. For use on January 4, 5, or 6 of next year, make your reservation or cancellation until December 28 of this year.
On the day of use	Before use, please visit the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Marien Exchange Building.
Cancellation	If cancellation is made two days or less before use, full amount of usage fee will be charged. Cancellation cannot be made by phone.

Notes on use

Usage time includes preparation and cleaning time. ※ Please observe the usage time strictly. The whole building is a non-smoking area. Food and drink are not allowed unless permission is obtained in advance. Take your garbage home with you. Please do not move equipment in the room without permission. (If you have obtained the permission, please be sure to return the equipment to its original position.) Please contact the reception desk after use.

●Fees

※ For use only for conference or educational training purposes, cost will be half price of the following fee.

Notes	Fees for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be increased by 20% according to the regulations. Overtime charges outside the usage hours will be increased by 20% per hour according to the regulations. (Use exceeding 30 minutes will be counted as 1 hour.)

Payment	Please visit Marien's reception desk and pay with cash* on the day before using the facility.
